The TEMPLE is first and foremost for the empowerment of the female ... of Woman, she who is born with a womb and who has the potential to experience the female blood mysteries of menstruation, conception, gestation, giving birth, lactation and menopause, or "holding the wise blood."

The TEMPLE's primary focus is to provide spiritual services, classes, workshops, counseling and ceremonies to support women--from teenagers to elderwomen--to live lives of beauty, peace and prosperity.  As they do so, they bring this goodness to all Life.    

WOMAN'S SPIRITUALITY is GROUNDED IN
and INFORMED by HER SACRED BODY 
The woman-centered religion practiced by 
The TEMPLE is a spirituality that is deeply grounded in, informed by, and expressed through the physical body of Woman, born with a womb and with the ability to experience Woman's Blood Mysteries (If a woman has lost her womb due to surgery, she still has her subtle body or etheric womb and is always whole and always woman.).  All human beings are female for the first few weeks of life; hence, the female sex and body is the primordial form for all humanity.   

A PLACE to RECEIVE WHAT YOU, as a WOMAN, NEED: Honoring, Support, Empowerment 
Most women provide for others constantly, day in, day out, leaving themselves last. Woman is the bedrock foundation for all humanity; without our constant carrying, birthing and care, there would be no human life as we know it. The male sex cannot do what Woman does for us. The way in which Woman, the birther of humanity, is treated today all over the world in virtually every culture is a crime. 

To Woman do all humans literally owe everything. 

To continue to be this bedrock support for humanity, every individual woman needs 
a place of her own, a place to rest from the constant giving, a place to refill her spiritual, emotional and physical cup, a place where, in Sacred Woman's Circle, she can receive the nourishment she needs to carry on, that she may face--with that spiritual, emotional and physical power!--the challenges of modern life in a patriarchal system that --at the moment--neither honors nor supports her. 

Without such a place, a woman can become exhausted ... spent ... depressed ... angry. 
The GODDESS TEMPLE of Orange County is that space for women ... to renew, refresh and rejuvenate our loving female spirits  ...  so we may continue giving to Life--not from duty or a lack of boundaries-- but from a place of wholeness and joy, profoundly grounded in a deep understanding of our Good Queenly Power. Only in this way, can we women truly serve Life well.  

 CHILDREN
We are here for the growth and support of the 
adult woman. Every woman needs a place that is just for her, where she is not constantly required to focus on, care for or supervise others. Also, many of the themes of events and Sunday Services held by The Goddess Temple are adult in nature and not suitable to very young children. The Goddess Temple events welcome young girls thirteen and over.

These statues and artifacts tell the fascinating story of humanity's first, all-inclusive and most compassionate spirituality.

QUEEN TEACHINGS for WOMEN (TM)

The unique contribution to human potential by Presiding Priestess Ava is provided to the worldwide women's community through her set of original teachings: "Queen of Your Realm: Life as it was always meant to be" (TM). 

The Queen Teachings (TM) illuminate "The Queen Archetype in Woman" (the archetype most missing in modern women today), and clearly explain why the return of her Queen Power is essential for every woman's happiness. The QUEEN TEACHINGS (TM)  are given through individual classes, private counseling, and yearly retreats and cruises where each woman learns how to better be "Queen of Her Realm." Left: "ACHEULIAN GODDESS" The most ancient figure carved by humans of which we know depicts a mother or goddess figure, found in the Golan Heights, shaped from rock by our ancestors between 1/4 million to 3/4 million years ago. Until the past few decades, the famous Willendorf Goddess (center), carved of bone some 30,000 years ago, was held to be the earliest human-crafted work of art and veneration. The Acheulian Goddess predates Willendorf by an amazing quarter-million years, and may be as old as 800,000 years. Center: "EARTH MOTHER of WILLENDORF" About 25,000 --30,000 years old. Found near Willendorf, Austria. Feet pointed to push into earth to stand upright. This is not a "venus" fertility figure as most modern archaeologists have asserted, but rather a female power figure. This is not the nubile body of a fertile young woman, but rather that of an older female in her Queen years (45-65), who leads the tribe with the authority and wisdom of maturity. Right: "GODDESS of LAUSSEL" Also about 25,000 years old. About a foot and a half high, limestone bas-relief of goddess/female painted with red ochre. Dordogne, southwestern France. Goddess points to belly, from which all human life comes, and holds horn with thirteen marks, probably representing the female monthly moontime. These are the representations of the oldest religion of all humanity--Goddess.
